Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Part Time Role)
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day internal interaction geared to minimize the sales cycle, manage tactical projects, prepare reports, create presentation materials, manage trade show logistics and other tasks as required.
Reporting to the SVP, Sales & Business Development, this person will help ensure timelines, business goals and processes are maintained, monitored, and maximized. This person will enjoy working on multiple projects, have a talent for understanding data and a high degree of role flexibility. Attention to detail, holding others accountable for deadlines, strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, work independent, and having excellent written and oral communication skills are key to success.
Requirements:
- Proficient understanding of CRM platform is required – Preferably Salesforce
- Experience using lead procurement software, (Zoom Info/Engage) to create and manage digital campaigns
- 3+ years experience creating and managing digital lead generation campaigns
- Convention/Meeting planning experience is preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Must be available 20 – 30 Hours a week
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Additional Information:
With rare exceptions for corporate events and potential client meetings, this is a remote/work from home position
All working hours are based in the Central Time Zone
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
