We have a number of different positions working with our clients. Our clients include but are not limited to Humana, United Healthcare, Verra Mobility, and Versant. The majority of the work will include fielding inbound calls helping customers and members with questions that they have regarding their plans and coverages. There are different responsibilities depending on the client that someone works with. We are looking for self motivated people that can handle the discipline of working from home while delivering the quality of service our clients are looking for. There are opportunities for advancement and increased pay based upon different performance metrics. As the industry’s need for remote work continues to grow, so will our need to find great people who can do great work.

We’re looking to fill positions quickly as there are a limited amount of candidates we hire per training class. (All training Paid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 – $18.00 per hour
