The Technical Support Specialist role will assist CSJTG customers with installation and troubleshooting of computers, software, and printers.
Occasional wired and wireless network, firewall, router, and other configuration may be required, with assistance from a senior member of the support team.
At least 3 years of service desk or technical support is preferred for this position. Experience with networks, security, and cloud services will also result in a higher salary range.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
