Position Summary

Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system. Codes and inputs data from computer processing.Identifies and resolves production related errors.Maintains control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain statistical reports
  • Update and input data into SAP
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information/direction to both internal and external contacts
  • Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); Demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
  • Maintain paper file records
  • Provide support by relieving other positions within the Business Area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Working Environment
