Local area Automotive Group has an immediate need for an experienced Service Manager that has excellent customer service skills. Must be able to manage multiple Technicians, Service Writers and work with the Parts Department. Must be able to greet customers with a smile and be able to translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete, as well as explain completed services to the customer. We are a family oriented business looking for a team player.
Requirements:
- Works with Service Writers and Technicians to identify required maintenance.
- Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
- Ensure that proper service sales techniques are being used
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
- Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
- Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintain accurate records and insure warranty parts retention as outlined, following all manufacturer requirements as outlined in manufacturer and company policy and procedures manuals
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Oversee and Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
