Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic additions to our expanding family. Conceptions Reproductive Associates is a growing fertility practice, and we are seeking world class New Patient Scheduler. Our rapidly growing IVF clinic is seeking outgoing, professional and well organized individuals to join our team. We have a Full time position available Monday thru Friday and some occasional weekends and holidays at our Littleton Office. A New Patient Scheduler must be a detailed and driven individual that can multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a New Patient Scheduler in a medical office, your duties include answering phones and scheduling new patients, contacting patients about upcoming appointments, directing calls to proper staff members, performing data entry, and general clerical work.
Qualifications and Skills:
OB/GYN or fertility experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
