Job Description:
- Data Platform Management Team Developer
- Open-source technology developer with strong SQL skills.
- Must be capable of developing solutions with little to no business use case/requirements, can adapt to changing requirements, and is able to quickly apply knowledge and skills to come up with innovative technical solutions.
- Applicant would be part of a highly integrated development team that executes modernization, sustainment, and ad hoc development activities in various technologies to include Apache Nifi, AWS Redshift, AWS Aurora, and Oracle RDS.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years’ experience in Linux based programming
- Apache NiFi (Required)
- AWS platform programming (Redshift, Postgres, Aurora)
- Ability to write complex SQL queries
- Data warehousing methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated team focused developer
- Adaptable to fast changing requirements
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and troubleshoot complex data pipelines
