Established in 1986, Community Care Home Health Services is looking for highly motivated Marketing / Sales Representatives for defined territories in White Plains and the surrounding region. In your role you will be responsible for recruiting home health care Aides and driving new business with referral sources in your area. $XXK base plus commission plan. $XXK compensation at plan if you meet your very attainable recruiting and sales goals. No cap on commissions! Medical, dental, vision, expense account, company cell phone, laptop and much more. No experience necessary. Great training and mentoring program. Bilingual in Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Creole is a plus.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Complete 60-day training program
- Exceed monthly sales and recruiting goals for your territory
- Plan and implement a recruitment / sales strategy within your assigned territory to attract high-quality applicants and new referral opportunities
- Grow and foster high touch relationships with referral sources.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs, trade shows or other recruiting events
- Communicate regularly with your Manager and local Branch to get a clear view of office hiring needs and weekly sales goals
- Work closely with Manager to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment / sales challenges
- Focus on improving candidate experience and engagement
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and new referrals
- Using a CRM generate and maintain a referral database for recruits and business development
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make quality sales calls to new and existing contacts. Obtain and assess their current and ongoing business needs
- Participate in Marketing events and presentations
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or sales a plus but not required
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability and willingness to communicate Community Care Companion’s recruiting and referral source value propositions
- Outstanding follow up skills
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with CRM’s
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
- Computer and social media proficiency’
