Warehouse Operator
Columbia River Carbonates is seeking a talented, skilled, safety conscientious Machine Operator with industrial experience to join our team. Must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who pays great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing processes.
This is a regular, full-time, hourly position at our industrial manufacturing plant located in Woodland, WA, which operates 24/7, 365. This opening is for our swing/grave shift. Varying shifts including night and weekend work are necessary in this position.

Position Responsibilities
Works in dry product warehouse to package, prepare, and ship finished goods by performing the following:
- Courteous, cooperative approach to working with others in a team format; motivated towards meeting production goals utilizing safe work habits and techniques.
- Maintain a safe, efficient warehouse and promote a friendly, respectful and motivating rapport among all warehouse personnel.
- Be able to operate fork lift in an efficient and safe manner.
- Must operate bagging equipment, robot, and stretch wrapper; observe machine operations to ensure quality of packaged products to standards.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or stacks in warehouse. Sorts and places materials or items on racks or shelves according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Be able to properly load and/or unloads truck transport vehicles to ship outbound finished product and occasionally receive inbound production supplies.
- Exercise safe lifting techniques at all times; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read orders, daily work schedules, bill of ladings, to write, to understand and complete forms and paperwork required by the job task. Ability to mark and label containers or products with identifying information.
- Ability to follow through and complete work assignments and to accept delegation of specific job duties and tasks from plant management.
Qualifications
- One or more years’ experience in a warehouse or production related environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in reading, understanding and interpreting related forms and specifications.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
