Location: Fort Mill, SC- Onsite

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Senior Developers with 10 to 13 years’ experience in PEGA framework.

Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)

o Required:

o 12-15 years IT experience in software development or architecture.

o Min. 7-10 years of BPM/workflow implementation experience in any of the leading BPM products

o Min 3+ years of Camunda implementation experience

o Comprehensive understanding of Camunda Process Engine, BPMN 2.0, DMN

o Hands on experience on Microservices development using Java Spring/Kafka

o Implementation Experience and knowledge of J2EE, performance optimization experience for microservices and Camunda Process Engine

o In depth knowledge of the Camunda Database and Rest APIs

o Experience of agile development cycle using Scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking.

o Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

o Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projects (POD/Squad/)

o Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate.

o Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture.

o Conceptual understanding of Security, Vulnerabilities, Load balancing, clustering, throughput, cloud, caching.

o Experience in API patterns, scaling and resiliency architecture is essential.

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams.

o Able to candidly handle the pressure in multi stakeholder situations.

o Prior hands-on experience in major BPM components and willing to learn and demonstrate towards architectural decisions.

o Able to articulate and provide a thought leadership on end-to-end BPM architecture to Customers.

o Education and Additional Skills

o Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education

o Should have experience with working in large development projects.

o Should have the ability coordinate across multiple teams.

o Be nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision.

o Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
