JOB DESCRIPTION: DEMAND GENERATION / INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT
The Coast 2 Coast Inside Sales Specialist leads demand generation efforts to build and nurture key prospect and client relationships for the long term. Major responsibilities include implementing strategic outreach campaigns to identify decision-makers, pinpoint appropriate project alignment, and introduce Coast 2 Coast as a solution provider. In addition, duties will include supporting consumer engagement efforts, reaching out to leaders in new markets, promoting new services, building consumer buzz, and re-engaging existing customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Generation and Outreach:
- Create, execute and optimize high impact, ROI-driven lead generation programs to increase Coast 2 Coast brand awareness, digital channel traffic, and client engagement
- Warm leads using industry/project information, account history, and client networks.
- Advance lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition by calling, connecting, and emailing prospects identified through internal and external lead sources.
- Develop engaging scripts/ content that nurtures and compliments the client experience. Organize resources for outreach and present campaign initiatives to other departments.
- Interface with executives from Architecture, Design, and Project Management Firms. Analyze metrics and feedback throughout campaigns and make appropriate adjustments.
Client Intel and Administrative Support:
- Provide sales support using the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system by assisting with adding contacts, validating leads and generating targeted lists. Leverage construction project database(s), CRM tools, and project archives and research to understand client segmentation profiles.
- Provide other administrative support, such as directing phone calls to appropriate individuals and entering data for analysis/reporting. Collect, edit, and distribute data from tradeshows, inbound marketing, client meetings, and other sources.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Marketing by following the development plan for successfully meeting touchpoint quotas, turning prospects to leads and getting call/meeting appointments. Record all interactions using CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of collaboration. Ensure confidence in transitioned leads by collecting and implementing feedback from sales executives. Inform optimization of automation trees and trigger events by sharing campaign outcomes.
- Accomplish organization goals by owning new and different requests. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
