CM Constructors Inc Looking for Construction Laborer at Lake Elsinore, CA

CM Constructors, Inc. is seeking Laborers to perform the day to day tasks needed to complete the work on construction projects as directed by the foremen and be performed safely and consistent with the CM Constructors Inc.’s values. CM Constructors Inc is a multi-trade operation interested in the following trades: welders/fitters, concrete set-up & finishing, structural fabrication, underground piping, mechanical, site work.

Education/Experience: Prior general construction knowledge. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and have reliable transportation.

Requirements and/or Skills:

• Have steel-toed boots and hard hat to wear to work
• Ability to use hand tools (hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.) and operate small power tools (saws, drills, grinders, concrete vibrators, etc.)
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime and on weekends as necessary
• Must be able to travel when necessary
• Committed to safety and possesses the ability to recognize potential hazards, thereby avoiding incidents.
• Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands to finger, handle, and feel objects such as construction nuts and bolts. The ability to bend the body, to reach for objects, and to crouch when needed are also required.
• Frequently required to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally be in uncomfortable positions.
• Works primarily outdoors in a construction environment where may encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Good communication skills, professional in appearance and demeanor
• Self-driven, strong work ethic, ambition and positive attitude
