Club Esprit is looking to hire full-time and part-time OPC, CMP, Brand Ambassadors. Off-Property Contacts (OPC) Ambassadors are local professionals who engage with and greet event goers and/or shoppers to give them the first impression of Club Esprit. The OPC Ambassadors simply set appointments for the event goers to attend a brief, fun presentation outlining our travel services at the nearest Club Esprit location. All appointments will receive amazing Incentives as a thank you for attending the approximately 120 minute Sales Presentation.
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly to join our Indianapolis team to promote Club Esprit. You can look forward to working at festivals, sporting events, fairs, events, malls, and many different and exciting locations!
OPC Ambassadors will receive a guarantee pay rate of $15/hour or commissions. Simply whichever is the higher of the two. You will enjoy the comfort of knowing you are making at least $15/hour, but also have the ability to earn so much more than that with our uncapped commission structure! Our OPC representatives earn on average $50,000 – $75,000 per year.
There is no experience necessary, and training is provided. Guaranteed $15/hour during training period.
Requirements, Qualifications, & Skills:
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the Indianapolis Area
- Able to stand for periods of time on your feet
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Weekend availability is a must
- Open, flexible availability is a plus
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably
- Ensure all questions are answered in a professional and informative manner
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
