Full Job Description
This position is in the Finance Department of a growing global investment management firm. In this role you will be a member of the team that is responsible for the following:
· Processing monthly journal entries for all entities
· Accounts Payable processing
· General Ledger account reconciliations and analysis
· Generation and delivery of fee invoices
· Travel coordination
· Office management
· Daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
· BS Accounting, preferred
· 1-2 years experience in an Accounting role is preferred
· Outstanding verbal and written communications
· Ability to manage various tasks and meet deadlines
· Must be detail oriented
· Ability to complete the workload in an accurate and timely manner
· Problem solving skills
