Position: Marketing & Sales Administrator, CTSdatabase
Position Summary: The Marketing & Sales Administrator is responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking new leads. This individual manages digital advertising efforts for CTSdatabase with the goal of arranging and driving meetings with potential clients, creating and delivering presentations both online and in-person, including through industry events.
Reports to: President of CTSdatabase
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Works closely with warm and cold pharmaceutical sponsor, CRO, and clinical research site contacts to generate subscriptions of CTSdatabase for clinical trials and strategic partnerships
- Works with internal stakeholders to create CTSdatabase presentations and marketing materials to pitch to appropriate contacts, then takes lead on presenting those deliverables
- Travels to industry events to nurture relationships with potential CTSdatabase clients
- Creates and oversees digital marketing for CTSdatabase, including (but not limited to) pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, email marketing, and content marketing
- Manages organic and paid social media account activity for CTSdatabase
Qualifications:
- Must possess previous clinical trial experience and 3-5 years’ experience Marketing and/or Sales background.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be assertive and professional – public speaking experience preferable.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Must be creative – basic graphic design experience preferable.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
