As a Study Cash Accounting Associate, you will be an integral part of our Finance team! No day will be the same. You will be responsible for maintaining the customer payments in Care Access by posting, applying them in our CTMS or financial system.

DESCRIPTION:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Post and apply customer payments in the company CTMS and/or financial system
  • Create invoices and supporting backup to be sent directly to customer
  • Inform customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines
  • Establish relationships with customers to facilitate timely and accurate payments
  • Partner with the Contracting, Finance, and Clinical teams to investigate variances between payments, invoice, and revenue generating activity
  • Assist with payment reconciliations to bank, general ledger, and/or clinical research activity
  • Improve our CTMS cash posting and invoicing processes, and enhance documentation and controls
  • Ensure quality control over CTMS payment and invoicing records

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Posting, or Billing Strong interest/knowledge of the Clinical Research industry Experience in the clinical research industry a plus Experience with CTMS systems a plus Solid time management and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Tech savvy, strong at Excel Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of medical and research terminology. Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Strong organizational skills: Able to plan, prioritize, support, and follow through. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, clients and vendors. Team Collaboration Skills: Works effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. Bring positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals. Capable of professionally managing confidential information Friendly, outgoing personality; maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements
