Pay Structure: *
- Salary + Commissions & Bonuses
- Pay Dates are every 1st & 16th via Direct Deposit.
- All Gas is Fully reimbursed & after training you will get a company gas card.

Specific Pay Details for this position: *
Based on Previous Month’s Billings & the Previous Representatives Pay:
- Total pay (not including gas reimbursement) for the month of March = $2,553.20 (Commissions) + $1,800 (Salary) = $4,353.20
– You can expect to make anywhere from $4,000 – $4,200 Monthly.
Total Hours (for the month) spent fulfilling this routes responsibilities = 200

Specific Notes about this position: *
- You will be responsible to drive to Jackson, MS 2 times per week on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s; You will be driving to Tuscaloosa, AL 1x per week on Wednesday’s and Arab, AL 1x Every 2 Weeks. The goal of this position is to hire & train a part-time photographer in Jackson, MS & Tuscaloosa, AL but in the meantime you will be responsible for covering those routes. The Arab, AL route is already covered and is the 1 photographer under your management But be prepared to drive to Arab, AL if duty calls. **We are looking for someone in Meridian, MS because it is centrally located**

Responsibilities & Qualifications for Field Service Manager*:
- Managing field reps output as well as proper staffing
- Outside vehicle photography & videography
- Field Coverage of market, field rep sick days or call outs etc
- Training of new Field Service Representatives
- Clean License. Only clean driving records will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills [If it takes you longer than 1 hour to respond to a text message, this isn’t the position for you.]

FAQ: *
Q – How many visits will I be making per day?
A – This position consists of the management of 12 Total dealerships with 1 Current photographer under your management. 4 Dealerships are in Jackson, MS which you will be required to visit 2x per week on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. 3 Dealerships in Tuscaloosa, AL which you will visit 1x per week on Wednesday’s. 4 Dealerships are in Meridian, MS which you will visit 1x per week on Monday’s. 1 Dealership in Arab, AL which you will visit 1x every 2 weeks on either Monday’s or Friday’s (When Necessary).

Q – How does the commission structure work?
A – Your core duties will be to take photos, videos & apply window labels to vehicles. You get paid for every vehicle you take photos, videos & apply window labels to. So someone who does 10 vehicles makes more $ in commissions than someone who does 2 vehicles.

Q – Approximately how many miles will I be driving per day?
A – This position entails a LOT of driving because of the weekly visits to Jackson, MS & Tuscaloosa, AL as well as the 1x every other week visit to Arab, AL. We can give you exact details during the 2nd phase of our interview process based on your home address. ALL gas is reimbursed during training and you will get a company gas card after training is complete.

Q – How many cars per day will I be doing?
A – Every dealership has a different “flow” of inventory so the exact # of vehicles is not known on a day to day basis. If you visit ABC Autos on Monday they may only have 2 vehicles to take photos of BUT when you go back on Thursday they could have 19 vehicles to take photos of because they just purchased from auction or otherwise got cars in.
