Job Description

We’ve launched a new product, and we need a dedicated salesperson to nurture the warm leads we’ve already captured, as well as develop and close new leads based on our ideal client personas.

The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound/inbound sales lead campaigns for Burg + Co. Marketing’s digital marketing products and services (SEO, content marketing, website development, email communications strategy). This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not be limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, working health care (and potentially other industry) lead lists, networking and grassroots marketing.

This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful. Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting: emailing and making calls to potential health care clients (e.g., clinic owners, marketing directors, C-suite) to introduce our product solution, logging call information into HubSpot, and setting up demos and appointments to close sales. This position will also assist in development of presentations and proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting.
  • Collaboratively working with the leadership team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
  • Initiating lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Initiating and participating in new business pitches with leadership team and subject matter experts and owning follow-through with the lead prospect.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
  • Effectively communicating and presenting the Burg + Co. Marketing product solution and value proposition to customers.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
  • Working collaboratively, both in a team environment and independently.
  • Assisting in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the health care marketing industry by staying educated on new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
  • Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales telemarketing experience in a digital marketing environment, preferably within a health care industry.
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software, including proficiency in HubSpot, highly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be skilled in “selling via phone” successfully.
  • Must be experienced selling digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, website development) solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  • Must have experience selling digital marketing solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, as well as familiarity and experience with large-ticket long sales cycle solutions.
  • Must be competitive — possessing an assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively independently in a high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.
  • Must be able to learn and speak to the application of digital marketing strategies toward challenges that health care clinics face with patients’ needs and demands.
  • Should be able to show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
  • Must be able to multitask on daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • $3,000 month base pay + 3% commission on sales.
  • Average $70,000 to $80,000 annual pay if you hit monthly sales goals.
