The Manager, Channel Marketing, Partner Experience manages and executes channel strategies and initiatives that engage, promote, and grow Brother for Business with existing and new channel partners and end-users. This role creates & manages programs, tradeshow events, communication strategies, and targeted campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning and solutions to increase loyalty and drive sales growth. Working closely with the Commercial Sales Team, Product Marketing, Customer Experience Center, and Solutions Team, this role leverages content and information that can be shared with our partner ecosystem. This role drives and measures initiatives by analyzing data, using tracking tools, leads, and supports in the development of product training, webinars, and seminars as well as participating in key events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Channel Strategies & Demand Generation Initiatives
Create channel marketing strategies by product portfolio and channel in collaboration with product marketing, commercial sales team, and channel partners to optimize the potential growth of BMG products
Lead the development and implementation of demand generation initiatives and omnichannel campaigns, working cross-functionally to consider sales growth goals, marketing support, and success metrics to drive demand generation
Partner with Channel Sales Team on key reseller Quarterly Business Reviews, providing ideas and suggestions to grow business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the continuous improvement and development of our sales enablement tools
Analyze initiatives, metrics, and insights to translate them into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Develop and implement the strategy for tradeshow participation and metric of success
Channel Programs & Communication
Build out a fully functional partner communication process that ensures timely communication of important announcements & product updates
Work cross-functionally to create content and increase engagement with our educational program
Develop innovative channel programs that support brand loyalty as well as channel engagement strategies to drive sales growth
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Maximize Brother’s presence on channel partner websites with optimized content, using the most up-to-date product images and messages; report out results
Provide support to our partners’ E-Commerce platforms, as well as digital marketing content creation and distribution
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) MBA Preferred
Experience
Minimum 7 years A combination of relevant experience spanning the following areas:
Managing partners and implementing marketing initiatives within the B2B business model
Lead management
Omni-channel marketing campaigns, channel programs, platforms, and strategies
Managing and negotiating with outside vendors
Creating and managing the education & communication with channel partners
Digital marketing & E-Commerce
Software/Technical Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge of Partner Portal Tools/Platforms
Knowledge of platforms for content syndication

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $100,000 – $125,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
