Who We Need:
We’re searching for a Junior IT Analyst to join our crew. As our ideal Junior IT Analyst, you should be ready to bring your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to the forefront. We are looking for professionals who are ready to have a long-term career perspective, feel fulfilled by the work they are doing, and contribute to our mission. Training on ticketing systems and applicable applications will be provided to enable you to succeed.
This is a HYBRID ROLE and will consist of some hours being worked on-site and some being worked remotely. Candidates must be local to the Atlanta area.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with teams across IT and the business to continually improve software, solution, and overall system quality.
- Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
- Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from international clients.
- Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
As a Junior IT Analyst, you have:
- Understanding of IT equipment – workstations, servers, networks, peripherals.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: $48,833.00 – $64,592.00 per year
