Bohemian buttery leather handbag brand that is designed in NY and made in Italy. Selling to retail stores, including Free People and Anthropologie and through showrooms across the USA. Also, direct sales through our website. Great opportunity to join a fast-growing fashion brand.
Part time hours: 10-2 Monday -Thursday. Maybe some additional hours for show and private events.
Responsibilities:
- Daily shipping website orders- Including tagging and boxing, preparing UPS slips. Includes learning online Shopify website.
- Update inventory reports.
- As needed shipping and organizing of wholesale orders to stores and bulk orders to larger retailers. Includes learning to navigate a few websites including Faire.com, Brandboom, and UPS.
- Follow up and order tickets for retail stores on upcoming orders.
- In person sales help at events and showroom as needed.
- Depending on skills and experience, Can help with photography, line sheets and marketing.
Experience:
Willing to train.
- Must be comfortable working on and learning new software.
- Must be organized and have a great attention to detail.
- Would like some knowledge of email systems like Outlook and Gmail.
- Knowledge of Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Shopify, Brand Boom, Faire, and Klaviyo a plus but we can train as needed. You may not need all of these depending on your skill set.
- Willing to do some physical labor including moving and packing boxes and organizing large shipments.
- An eye for fashion Trends, colors, and design a plus but not necessary.
- Mid day hours needed. Will to create a set weekly schedule but willing to change and add hours from time to time for events and market weeks.
- In office work only.
