Board International is looking for a motivated Regional Customer Marketing Manager to join our team to help build and deliver customer-centric marketing programs in Central Europe (DACH region, Benelux, and Eastern Europe), focusing on customer retention, expansion, and advocacy. Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing, your role will have the following strategic responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer-centric campaigns to support sales on renewals, referrals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs
  • Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Identify key customers that can act as advocates through case studies, speaking opportunities, analyst references, etc.

Additionally, you will be focusing on a number of tactical activities:

  • Manage upsell/cross-sell campaigns to the installed base of customers to grow pipeline and closed deals in conjunction with the Account Management tea
  • Create automated campaigns in Marketo to target the installed bas
  • Manage customer database to ensure customer profiles are complete and contact information is accurate and actionable
  • Understand the regional installed base of customers including products purchased, vertical information, use cases, location and willingness to speak to the press, act as sales or analyst references and speak at events working closely with Account Managers / Account Owner
  • Manage case studies, video testimonials, references, press releases and analyst reviews and customer participation in various events and webinars
  • Help foster the feeling of community amongst customers via customer specific events, webinars and regular communications
  • Work closely with global customer marketing and customer success team to track and hit targets for NPS and other key metrics pertaining to the role
  • Working collaboratively and sharing best practices with global customer marketing team


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in field marketing, customer marketing or installed base marketing
  • Degree in marketing, communications or other relevant majors
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
  • Passionate about customer marketing with fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the BI and CPM industry is a plus
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language
  • Business fluent English is required
  • Creative, fun and open minded
