Bistro MD is the only doctor-designed, chef-prepared meal delivery program available. We do more than help people lose weight; we help them achieve life-transforming wellness. Every Bistro MD employee has the opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on people’s lives. We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist. This position will work Monday through Friday; 12pm-8:30pm (EST).
If You Are:
- At least 3 – 5 years of hands-on working with IT Systems in an internet-based environment. Ability to follow procedures related to inventory management, billing and synchronizing of customer records.
- Inventory Management, Shipping, or knowledge of Fishbowl inventory management system a plus. Comfortable with Outlook and Excel, creating spreadsheets and working with Google drive.
- Detailed oriented, skilled/knowledgeable with warehouse operations, and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work. Experience testing software and the ability to document unexpected results clearly.
- Skilled in delivering your work timely and with a positive/encouraging presence to co-workers. Requires the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Consider yourself a team player in providing strong support to the warehouse team and ability to work effectively with little supervision. Highly motivated and self-directed.
