Bingham Equipment Company is an agriculture, construction, and compact utility equipment sales and rental company currently seeking an experienced Finance Representative for our Corporate Office in Mesa, AZ.

This position will be responsible for providing direct support to the Finance Manager and Flooring Manager.

Specific Duties Include:

+ Provides assistance in the sale of equipment using financial services, which include loans, leases, and insurance.

+ Assist in the submittal and documentation process; including deal entry, document request, and distribution of documents to the sales staff and/or customer.

+ Quote financing options to sales staff, gather credit applications and financial statements and provide to lenders as needed.

+Working with sales staff and customers to ensure sales documents are correct and processed in a timely manner

+ Running Equipment Sales for all our manufactures (Bobcat, Kubota, New Holland, Case etc…) Clearing Flooring Notes and ensuring proper discounts are accounted for and received form the manufactures

+ Receipting payments for contract funding to ensure the correct funds are received.

+ Capable of multi-tasking with a high-level of attention to detail. Displays commitment to doing things right the first time, pays attention to details.

+ Proactively seeks feedback, anticipates problems and responds promptly. Responds and follows up immediately to any issues and concerns.

+ Personal Accountabilities

+ Complete all transactions and requests in a timely manner.

+ Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Job Requirements:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Professional telephone etiquette Basic knowledge of accounting

+ Accurate and proficient note taking

+ Ability to excel in team environment and individually

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word

+ Detail orientated
