Benton House, an assisted living and memory care community, is looking for a dynamic person with a heart and passion to serve seniors and their families to join its team as the Community Relations Director in charge of Sales and Marketing. Duties include, but are not limited to, generating leads and maintaining all lead documentation; planning and implementing Community Relations Program; establishing and maintaining professional relationships with medical professionals and community referral sources; and representing Community at professional and local community functions. Individual must have experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior housing industry, must be able to successfully pass a background screen, drug test, motor vehicles records check and other pre-employment testing. Job requires local travel.
