Bayer Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Marketing Manager to help grow and cater to our Spanish speaking customer base. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual that is willing to commit to longevity within the Bayer organization.
Job requirements will include:
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable of our products and teaming up with other departments to provide excellent sales and services.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- The ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions and overcome objections.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships with potential customers and current customer (a “people person”).
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications and the product knowledge for each vehicle model sold.
- Prepare and process the required paperwork necessary to finalize the vehicle sale.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- English/Spanish Bilingual required.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing is required.
Adequate training within the Automotive Industry will be provided.
