Medical Customer Service and Scheduling

Assist Health Group is looking for an energetic individual to join its scheduling and patient coordinator team. This is a work from home/remote position
As a Patient Advocate in our Customer Service team, you will :
1) Be the first point of contact for potential customers inquiring about the services our program offers.
2) be responsible to field incoming calls from new and existing customers. Answering their queries and providing the highest level of customer service.
You would be a great fit if you have
1) Experience in a role that requires a high level of customer interaction, specially on the phone
2) Experience working in the medical field, specially if its gastroenterology or diagnostic imaging.
3) Fluent in spanish

This is a full-time Remote/Work-From-Home position. You will be eligible for benefits, PTO and annual bonuses. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
