What you’ll do:

  • Be a professional, respected member of our team.
  • Be the primary point of contact at Ascent for supporting our end-users.
  • Own the client facing side of our support efforts.
  • Work with our development and other internal teams to solve problems.
  • Teach our clients how to support themselves.
  • Be an internal advocate for the challenges our end-users face.
  • Play a huge role in helping us define our support processes and best practices.

Skills you need:

  • Perpetual positivity.
  • Humility, approachability, honesty, and accountability.
  • Ridiculously good communication skills.
  • A professional mindset and attitude.
  • Endless patience and a willingness/desire to share your knowledge and expertise.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Bonus points if you have:

  • SaaS Software support experience.
  • Any level of experience with Laravel, Vue, or MySQL
  • An Olympic-level ping-pong game.

This is a salaried, full-time position.
