Looking for people with technical call center experience at the tier 2 level. The team will specialize in support around Apple’s video conferencing for hosting/attending meetings. Video conferencing experience is a plus, but not necessary. There will be approximately 2 weeks of training and they are looking for 20-30 folks onsite immediately in Elk Grove, Sacramento.

· Minimum of 2 years of contact center/customer support experience

· Ability to listen and accurately comprehend complex customer scenarios

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
