Do you enjoy helping people over the phone? Are you a good listener and an articulate communicator?
We are looking for individuals who want to work and can convey a smile over the phone. We answer for 1,000+ clients across all industries and throughout the country. We are not shift workers- so shifts are different based on our need and on yours. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We need you to commit to working a Saturday or Sunday each week or both – if you are looking to free up your week days for appointments or childcare needs.
Currently looking for agents that can work during the week between 1pm and midnight hours and on the weekend- we can be more flexible : ) Again, you need to be able to get to and from work and be able to work at least a Sat or Sun every week.
If you are willing to learn, we can train you! Training is paid at $11.00 an hour and as soon as you graduate you move to $12.25. Call flow is laid out for you by account, so there is not much memorizing of information. We don’t have closed book tests.
We do look for a minimum of 20 hours- 29 hours for part timers and our full time are 40 hours. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. All of our employees earn personal pay that is available to them post 90 days. All agents are eligible for scheduled time off after 6 months of employment. We also offer a quarterly bonus. We are a small business owned by an individual who is fully engaged with our team.
Are you interested in work from home? We like to train in office and see that your can perform at the standard we expect before sending you home- but it is an option. Even though I love seeing my team members : )
