Anchor Spa & Pool
We are a family owned and operated boutique pool construction and service firm that has been established since 1977. Our business is rapidly growing and we are looking for the right fit to join our office team.
The heart of our business is customer service. We pride ourselves in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and handling their needs down to the last detail so they have one less thing to keep track of.
The primary role of our customer service coordinators is to manage all aspects of customer communication and keep track of all details and information that flows through the office in order to uphold the highest level of customer service.
The candidate we are looking for must be extremely organized, self-confident, and have a positive, easy-going demeanor.
Previous work experience needs to include a minimum of 4 years working in an office environment.
Other skills/attributes that are required include…
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs
- Stellar communication and customer service skills
- Natural phone abilities – Genuinely enjoys talking to and assisting customers
- Excellent grammar skills
- Extreme flexibility – has the ability to move from one task to another quickly, with little to no stress
- Conflict resolution skills- Not afraid to have difficult conversations with customers
- Self-Reliant – Requires minimal supervision and has the ability/focus to manage their time well
Required Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
