We are currently seeking a Community Liason/ Marketer with Hospice experience to join our San Diego team!
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Building strong and positive relationships within the medical community and customer relations.
- Meet with appropriate physicians, health care providers, and community groups to form referral relationships
- Participate in arranging in-service/continuing education at skilled nursing facilities, physicians’ offices, hospitals, home health agencies, and the community
- Actively participate in skilled nursing facility team meetings, hospital care conferences, and other health care provider committees as requested
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of hospice or home health sales experience
- Active driver license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work company operational hours of 8A – 5P; with possible overtime or weekend availability to assist the needs of the company and our patients
- Proof of clean driving history
