Summary: Provides customers with courteous and efficient customer service. Strives to develop business relationships while meeting customers’ needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide customers with courteous service via the telephone and email correspondence
· Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service/product inquiries
· Responsible for order processing from entry to shipment
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
· Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including sales force
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
· Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both verbally as well as written
· Accurate data entry skills
· Strong Math skills
· Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, a plus
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Reliable and punctual
· 1-2 years of business-related college courses
· Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work well with others

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
