SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced engineer that has a passion to support the technical environments of our customers and someone who has the ability to work independently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct service on-sites, remote sessions and strategic planning meetings
- Assist Lead Engineer in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures
- Stay educated on cloud, networking and various technologies
- Follow service delivery guidelines
- Document, with detail and consistency, environments and services conducted
- Recommend products and services within Altitude Integrations’s product/services stack
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Acute attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
COMPETENCIES:
- Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology support
- Managing and migrating enterprise email
- DNS and Domain knowledge
- Identity and Access Management knowledge
- Minimum 4 years’ experience – Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange Support
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing G Suite admin
- Minimum 4 years’ experience – Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support
- Minimum 4 years’ experience – Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID) Support
- Minimum 4 years’ experience – Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
- Multiple certifications a plus BUT not required. We put more value in competency than certifications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
