SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced engineer that has a passion to support the technical environments of our customers and someone who has the ability to work independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct service on-sites, remote sessions and strategic planning meetings
  • Assist Lead Engineer in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures
  • Stay educated on cloud, networking and various technologies
  • Follow service delivery guidelines
  • Document, with detail and consistency, environments and services conducted
  • Recommend products and services within Altitude Integrations’s product/services stack

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology support
  • Managing and migrating enterprise email
  • DNS and Domain knowledge
  • Identity and Access Management knowledge
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience – Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange Support
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing G Suite admin
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience – Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience – Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID) Support
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience – Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
  • Multiple certifications a plus BUT not required. We put more value in competency than certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
