Meet or exceed Closing Ratio targets
Recognize cross-sell opportunities and make refer-rals to other departments
Meet or exceed Sales Velocity targets for the mar-ket area’s commercial lines departments
Play a critical role in meeting and exceeding organ-ic revenue growth targets
Meet and exceed carrier production targets
Utilization of available technology
Creation of compelling final proposals
BA/BS Preferred
At least three years’ experience in commercial lines
Possesses excellent communication and organiza-tional skills
Strong time management and strategic thinking skills
Ability to evaluate a risk, advise and place coverage accordingly
Insurance Producer License
