Minimum Qualifications:
· AA Degree or Certificate of Completion from an accredited career school or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience (3 years).
· Manage, Maintain, and Troubleshoot various technologies
· Ability to work unsupervised, prioritize tasks, and maintain high level organization
· Proven experience at managing multiple technology initiatives
· Communicate and interface effectively with non-technical staff and customers, on occasion, in a professional and approachable manner
· Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and technologies such as Office 365
· Manage and maintain network switches, AP’s, Firewalls & VLANs
· Display honesty, integrity
· Ability to work after hours, weekends, and around deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 5 years of experience in a related technical discipline
· Technical Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSE), CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+, Server+)
· Manage and maintain a Hybrid Windows Server Environment and associated technologies such as SQL, Azure, and Intune MDM
· Proficient with Windows PowerShell and experience with centralized software deployments
· Manage and maintain Office 365 Suite of Applications and Tools such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and PowerBi
· Manage and maintain NGFW Appliances such as Cisco and Ubiquiti and FortiGate
· Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, RDP, and WWAN
· Manage and maintain Security of Endpoints and Cloud services utilizing cutting-edge NGAV and other security tools and services
· Manage and maintain Multi-Function Printers/Copiers at multiple locations
· Manage and maintain Backup Infrastructure
· Collaborate with Network, Hardware and Software vendors on design and implementation of solutions
· Manage and maintain SAML based SSO deployments
· Familiar with Accounting / CPA software such as CCH Engagement, Fixed Assets, and Axcess
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Group Policy Management
· Familiar with QuickBooks Software Solutions
Essential Functions:
· Provide system support for all network, server, and cloud related technologies within the firm
· Provide I.T. support to all team members
· Provide recommendations to enhancing network, user, and data infrastructure
· Review Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) System alerts and remediate as necessary
· Design and document network topology
· Educate end users on technology and best use of software and platforms
· Educate end users on security topics, best practices, and security training
· Work with vendors frequently on support issues as necessary
Collaboration:
· Collaborate with leadership about future technology vision
· Lead Bi-Weekly I.T. Committee meetings
· Collaborate with Network, Hardware, and Software vendors on design and implementation for future upgrades
Physical Requirements:
· Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds to perform repairs or servicing of computers
· Inter-office travel is required to assist with onsite issues that cannot be completed remotely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
