Agiloft is looking for a Financial Analyst that thrives working with large enterprises in multiple industries, with unique business challenges requiring sophisticated solution design.

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial reports and analyses that are used as strategic tools within the organization. The role works closely with key leaders in the company to collaborate on value-added calculations and reports while also offering recommendations based on this data. The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining accurate calculation of sales commissions
  • Modeling commission plans and scenario analysis
  • Assist in calculating and supporting the company’s quarterly and annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
  • Assist in producing budget vs. actual reports and related analysis
  • Assist in identifying process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Assist in maintaining recurring management reporting packages
  • Responsible for tracking annual recurring revenue and associated metrics
  • Work closely with management teams on strategic processes and provide recommendations based on data
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects at the same time while working to meet deadlines
  • Ability to produce high-quality metrics and reporting with speed and accuracy
  • Possess critical thinking skills and possess an inquisitive nature that results in asking questions, seeking to understand relationships, and finding answers
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues
  • Working knowledge of creating models and reports in Excel with a continuing interest in learning new modeling techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Financial Analysis experience is preferred
  • SaaS industry experience a plus
  • Experience working with financial and accounting systems is preferred
