JOB Title: Microsoft 365 Adoption and Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description: The Microsoft 365 Adoption and Automation Engineer is responsible for ensuring AGCO makes the most of its investment in the Microsoft 365 platform. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and the various tools that our users leverage every day such as Office Apps, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, etc. They will use this knowledge to secure and streamline administration of Microsoft 365 as well as ensure our team is using these tools as effectively as possible in their work which enables AGCO to continue to develop farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world.
Job Function and Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
- Perform training sessions with IT teams and end users
- Promote an energetic fan base for Microsoft 365 Products and locate Champions to share the product’s benefit and value
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Promote the value of Microsoft 365 services and products with promoting value through customer experience
- Deliver Training via 1:1, scheduled sessions, departmental check-ins, and Web Platforms
- Work with end-users and IT users alike to automate repetitive tasks that are currently being performed manually
- Assisting with the assessment, deployment, and administration of any additional third-party tools that are introduced into our environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Education
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent academic, or on-the-job experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong background in Microsoft 365, Exchange 2013 / Exchange Online, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory design, implementation, and administration
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Strong understanding of how to use the Microsoft 365 platform as a power user required; in particular, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
- Ability to become a subject matter expert of new tools adopted by AGCO for hot-desking, group presentations, automation, etc

10% travel may be required (depending on project)
