Stone and Tile Care Laborer

Job Description Must haves:
1. High level of integrity.

5. Trainable.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Possess good problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
9. Physically capable of performing physically demanding work that requires the person to be
standing, walking, climbing stairs, and regularly lifting 75lbs or more.
10. Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
11. No criminal records. Cannot have ever been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor.
Ideal candidate will have:
12. Mechanical aptitude.
13. Experience with a floor buffer/swing machine.
14. Experience in the usage of truck-mounted carpet, tile, and grout cleaning systems, chemicals,
and processes.
15. Experience with natural stone cleaning, polishing, and restoration systems, chemicals, and
processes.
Compensation
Pay will be based upon experience. $20 – $35 per hour
