Project Management (30%) Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, functional specifications, and other project documentation Work with client and team members to establish scope of services to clients and/or business partners Analyze stakeholder objectives, identify data requirements, and create custom data edits Ensure successful project implementation and subsequent follow up reporting and measurements Manage and implement design through use of Workfront and Marketing Cloud
Technical (50%) Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations, Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work, Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio Design and implement, for automated email journeys using Email Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further, Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources, Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud,
Communication (20%)
Collaborate with clients and partners to determine project requirements
Interface with design specialists to create new documents or revise existing documents utilizing client corporate standards and guidelines
Interface with programmers on data and calculation specifications
Interact with internal contacts to coordinate various aspects of the project
Exercise strong writing, documentation, and editing skills
Non-Essential Participate in and contribute to internal business initiatives and cross-functional task forces Participate the planning and design of learning and development activities Support business development and sales activities
Required Experience:
5 – 7 years directly related business experience in project management and/or communications.
Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist with at least 4 years’ experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio Understanding how to build a custom preference center. Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations Knowledge of 1+ of the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives, Bachelor’s or professional qualification.
