THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DORAVILLE, GA.
Full Time Sales and Marketing Representative role is within an independent insurance agency. Strategizing, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns that support business development and sales growth for the insurance agency, using both traditional and nontraditional methods.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with the sales team.
- Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups.
- Identifies target customers and markets.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management.
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Implement online (social media) marketing strategies.
- Designs a referral program that truly incentivizes customers.
Qualifications:
- Background in Property and Casualty insurance products is highly preferred.
- Social media management is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
