AB Airbags, Inc. Looking for Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeper at Carlsbad, CA

AB Airbags, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of dunnage airbags for load securement. We are looking for an Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping Administrator to become a solid part of our team. We are in search of a reliable employee with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, organized and excellent communication skills. We are a fast growing company and want an individual that will be able to perform all of the below duties, as well as be a team player and assist with any/all other office duties as needed.

Some of the job duties include:

• Account Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Coordinate with firm CPA and bookkeeper
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks Inventory Reconciliation
• Inventory Tracking and Research
• Filing of Sales Tax
• Cash Rec
• Payroll
• Expense Reports
• Tracking of vendor payments/wires
• Bank account reconciliation
• Perform other related clerical duties as assigned

Overall, the position will handle all aspects involved with accounting. QuickBooks and Excel experience is a must. HR experience is a plus.
