Ideal candidate possesses natural leadership qualities with a general concept of management practices. A readiness to learn the latest industry trends and techniques– is considered a must.
- Conduct day-to-day customer service procedures, policies and strategies with a sense of urgency.
- Kindly greet all customers.
- Thoughtfully drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- De-escalate potential customer or employee issues and rapidly report matter to Management.
- Frequently set customer satisfaction goals with Team Members.
- Preserve accurate, detailed records of customer service activities and discussions.
- Gauge sales statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
- Support Management with hiring and training new Team Members.
- Remain in the know on the latest industry trends.
