ColourTree designs and sells various patio shade sails, fence screens, artificial turf and plant products. This job does not require meeting customers face to face all the time, most inquiries are done by email, chats, and phone.
Primary Duties
- The first line of contact for customer inquiries via phone, voicemail, internet, and/or mail regarding orders, returns, technical questions, and shipments.
- Understand products well enough to quickly answer customer’s technical questions (will be trained).
- Process orders and customer returns using various software programs (will be trained).
- Reach out and communicate proactively with upset customers to resolve any problems.
- Perform other related duties and assignments when assigned.
Requirements
- Must be highly dependable in regards to attendance and being to work on time.
- At least two years in a customer service position(preferred).
- E-Commerce experience( preferred )
- Associates degree or above.
- Typing speed 40wpm+.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Good organization and work prioritization skills.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
