We are hiring a Director of Sales for our new Hotel – West & Main, which is part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Located in Conshohocken, PA, this 127-room boutique property will be the newest place to stay, dine and mingle. West & Main will also feature 3,400 square feet of state-of-the-art event space and a two-level bar and restaurant, Hook & Ladder, built in the 146-year-old restored fire house once home to the Washington Fire Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. Create appropriate solutions for every customer, to boost top-line revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, with a service-oriented approach.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
  • Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
  • Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines.
  • Effectively manage and motivate a sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Director of Sales Experience (4+ years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience leading, motivating and managing successful sales teams.
  • Prior Hilton experience desirable.

Pay Range: $80,947 – $101,184
