We are looking for excited candidates to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. We are seeking candidates who enjoy helping others and have a passion for providing customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives will complete a wide range of tasks including responding to questions, helping customers choose products, completing electronic transactions, and greeting each and every customer in a friendly manner.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers daily, speaking to as many customers as possible
  • Engage customers in discussions about new products
  • Support and follow all customer service guidelines
  • Maintain records
  • Properly execute up-selling strategies
  • Adhere to SOPs to promote a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and team management

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • Applicants for the Customer Service position must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to coordinate well with others
  • Excellent team player
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills
  • Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive and patient

Pay: $700 – $900 weekly
