You have a keen eye and ear for problems to identify waste and create ways to eliminate waste. You embrace the unknown and enjoy being able to solve the mystery and explain the issue, root cause, and resolution to others.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience with our core tech stack, as an admin or as an experienced user (Gsuite, Coda, Gong, Zoom, Retool, Calendly, 1Password)1 – 2 years of experience leading and/or acting as a key contributor for initiatives1 – 2 years of process documentation – Process mapping, training, and procedure designBasic understanding of lean, agile, and design thinking principlesStrong desire to help others from understanding their problems to implementing solutions to those problemsAbility to communicate clearly across all levels of the organizationExperience with SQL strongly preferred

  • Openness to feedback and ideas – You often solicit feedback and react calmly to criticism or negative feedback

  • Analytical and Structured – You are able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights

  • Attention to detail – You do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project

  • Proactivity – Bias towards action: You usually act without being told what to do and bring new ideas to the Plato

  • Autonomy – You know how to keep yourself motivated and hold yourself accountable to doing the work

Key Responsibilities

  • First responder to all support requests received from Plato team members. Responsible for the prioritization and resolution of all support requests.

  • Using design thinking and discovery techniques, lead sessions with managers and team members across the organization in order to identify process improvement opportunities, operational risks, and process gaps (documentation, measurement, etc)

  • Lead process improvement initiatives from initial scoping and definition through implementation, monitoring, and handoff

  • Responsible as a driver for at least 1 key initiative each month; maintains pipeline of small improvements, internal operations initiatives, and roadmap

  • Create internal reporting and dashboards to monitor operations related KPIs – Will implement Statistical Process Controls where necessary

  • Documenting and scoring operational risks across the organization, providing mitigation plans where necessary

Please note:

This is a full-time position. Our team is fully remote and our only requirement is that you are able to commit to:

3-4 hour overlap with PST (starting at 9am) for non-customer facing roles

5 hour overlap with PST (starting at 9am) for customer facing roles
