Kmotion Design is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. On a daily basis, you will be researching, strategizing, reporting, analyzing, running and planning paid and organic campaigns. You will also be doing ongoing SEO, internal sales, lead generation, and traditional marketing. The platforms you’ll be building in are Active Campaign, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin, Google Search Console, GTM, and GA. We are looking for a well rounded strategist who can build campaigns, build audiences, generate leads, report on metrics, and analyze the impact of campaigns with client goals. You will work along side our designers and developers from the user experience all the way through to conversion.

We work together to create user-friendly interactive and integrated websites that work with today’s technologies. You must be willing to continuously learn and evolve with technology and trends.
Sales and Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative sales tasks
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Assists in communication of potential sales leads, both online and over the phone
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Generate digital advertising copy
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
- Research and develop conversion strategy, drip campaigns, and sales funnels
- Ad Strategy and planning
- Build reports and conduct SEO with Google Analytics and Tag manager
- Create, maintain, and modify paid campaigns in Facebook, Google and Linkedin Ads Manager
- Organic marketing content planning and creation
- Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
- Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Excellent computer skills, including web analytics, Facebook Ad manager, and Google AdWords
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision making
- Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to organize information, have attention to detail, and accurately follow processes and procedures
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision, under time pressure, and on several tasks at the same time
- Ability to self manage time and deliverables independently
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management team, vendors, and clients
- Candidate must have the ability to professionally accept and respond appropriately to feedback, as it relates to the overall project and client objectives
