You will serve as a key partner to the TAA NA and TAA Division in helping them deliver effective and impactful communications that influence target audiences (i.e., employees, customers, media, government, etc.) and promote company growth and profitability. This position requires understanding of a multi-faceted corporate organizational structure with special emphasis on creative, contemporary communications strategies that drive an exceptional employee experience, reduces risk, and improves reputation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Works with internal/external executive communications strategies to ensure effective communication of strategic business and reputational messages to advance company objectives.
Works with brand and creative team to ensure development of compelling strategic corporate messaging and customer facing messaging that support marketing communications campaigns.
Develops executive presentations that represent strategic messaging platforms for industry speaking engagements, customer meetings and employee audiences.
Maintains a strong understanding of all business segments’ offerings, customers and positioning as well as geographies and corporate cultural differences among different business units, and incorporates that knowledge into plans and tactics.

Works directly with the business segments to help develop and execute effective strategies and campaigns that elevate, enhance the value and increase the overall understanding of the primary solutions, internally and externally.
Works closely with all business units to understand and synthesize messaging to create higher level value proposition and compelling overarching brand messaging that resonates across all customer segments.
Maintains a strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines and is able to provide direction on brand standards across brands TAANA.
Provide copywriting and project support and resources to corporate marketing and communications team.
Manage the cadence of recurring communications, organizational announcements, including oversight of strategic planning meetings, quarterly employee all hands, etc.
Works effectively with executive leadership and management team across TAANA and TAA Division to develop business presentations (PowerPoint), press releases, media alerts, general organizational announcements, change management communications (talking points, video scripts, FAQs, etc.), and content for broader employee consumption

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in communications, journalism, English or related field preferred
5+ years professional communications experience in a variety of capacities including, proficiency in executive communications, speechwriting, presentation development and developing unified messaging across a range of products and solutions
Proficient in quickly assessing situations and developing customer messaging and talking points for internal employees

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $46.00 per hour

Schedule:
