Accounting/Finance Recruiter
Prominent, well–established Executive Search firm in Rockville Centre looking for an Accounting/Finance Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in public accounting and/or Accounting & Finance recruitment and will focus exclusively on permanent positions across all industries and levels of experience. This is a salaried position with a generous commission and bonus structure in place.
Our full-time in-office employees can participate in the company’s health insurance and will receive 21 PTO days in their first year (AND summer Fridays).
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
· Learn how to present and promote our recruitment services to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing and social media
· Research potential clients through web searches, social media, and software
· Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and persistence
· Establish, develop and maintain positive candidate and client relationships
· Achieve agreed upon client development targets and outcomes within schedule
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track clients, placements and status reports through our Applicant Tracking System
What we’re looking for in you
· Strong desire to identify, interview, and present qualified candidates
· Working knowledge of Google, Outlook, MS Office, and computer software
· Desire to learn new software systems and processes through training
· Willingness to learn how to track clients, placements, and commissions earned
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver information tailored to the client’s needs
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Compensation / Benefits / PTO
· $75,000 + per year (salary + commission)
· Generous residual commission structure on new business generated
